Role Overview:
As a Middle Office Executive in our CFD (Contract for Difference) Broker Company utilizing the MT5 backend, you will be responsible for supporting and overseeing essential operations related to trading and risk management. This role involves ensuring smooth processes and efficient utilization of the MT5 backend system while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute trade orders on the MT5 platform as per client instructions and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and manage trades, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling of orders and transactions.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure and positions to ensure compliance with risk management policies and limits.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and work closely with the risk management team to minimize potential financial losses.
- Maintain client accounts on the MT5 platform, including client onboarding, account setup, and account updates as per regulatory requirements.
- Address client inquiries related to account management and provide assistance in resolving account-related issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on trade activities, risk exposure, and performance metrics from the MT5 backend.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in all middle office operations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and updates pertaining to CFD trading and the use of the MT5 platform.
- Liaise with internal departments, including front office, back office, and IT, to coordinate trading activities, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to address queries, provide trade-related information, and guide them in using the MT5 platform effectively.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the middle office functions and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work on automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows to optimize middle office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a middle office or trade support role within the financial industry, specifically in CFD trading using the MT5 backend.
- Strong understanding of the MT5 backend system and its functionalities.
- Knowledge of trade execution, risk management, and compliance requirements in CFD trading.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
