Responsibilities:
- Hands-on, relevant experience of managing and optimizing social media handles – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, brand image projection, and customer engagement.
- Plan and implement social media Content plan/strategy through competitive research and best practices.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement, likes, and followers for each social media channel.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Good content writing/copywriting skills with a strong creative design orientation
- Familiar with social media tools for scheduling, listening, and sentiment analysis, like Hootsuite etc. for day-to-day execution and monitoring activities.
- Is familiar with the local blogger and online PR community, with efficacy in influencer marketing.
- Good understanding of paid digital marketing-Brand/Lead Generation, SEO, Email Marketing will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- 3-5 years of proven working experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services/Banking/Insurance related sectors.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social media experience with good knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
